December 2007 Answers...

I see the future for union people is on very thin ice. If those of us who are union members don't start actively recruiting the younger generations we won't have unions after awhile. The younger generations have had it all handed to them on a silver platter and could not survive if hard times were to come. We have spoiled our children and if we don't tell them about the hard times that created the unions they will be in the same position again in the future.

Thank You,

I admit, I was skeptical for a portion of the year, but through all of our brothers and sisters tireless hard work, safe work practices, superior training and workmanship, I see our future for growth becoming brighter everyday, and our relations with our current employers stronger than ever.

Thank You,
