Telecommunications Education Program Offers Discount to Members

Back to school isn’t just for kids! This fall, it’s your turn to head back to class with the National Coalition for Telecommunications Education and Learning.
As a member of the NACTEL coalition, the IBEW offers tuition discounts for eligible members. “There is no better time to go back to school than now and this is a great opportunity to make an investment in yourself, your career, and your future,” says IBEW President Edwin Hill. NACTEL allows members to take classes while fulfilling commitments to work and family, as courses are available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The interactive curriculum is tailored to jobs within the telecommunication industry. All degrees are fully accredited and awarded by Pace University and sponsored by NACTEL’s coalition of industry representatives: AT&T Inc., Century Link, the Communication Workers of America, Frontier Communications, Qwest, Verizon Communications and the IBEW.
