Beautiful clock, thermometer and barometer gifts were presented to former club officers Carmen Ciampa, Jerry Jerome and Jack Terban on their retirement from office. With best wishes and a warning that if the barometer goes below 25, head for the cellar.

A tip of the hat to Executive Board member Al Gricus, who volunteered to act as a host to the Democratic National Convention in Boston, and to all the retirees who volunteered at the Irish Cultural Center.

Club Outing

RETIREES CLUB OF L.U. 164, JERSEY CITY, NJWe missed those who couldnt make the clubs trip to Pennsylvania, especially the retirees from South Jersey. We had a great time fishing and golfing. We also attended a baseball game and a vintage car show at Lamport Stadium in Pennsylvania.

Our club meets the third Wednesday of each month and we have lunch. Occasionally we have guest speakers on topics of our choosing. All retirees are always welcome!

Anyone may attend for two meetings before deciding on membership.
