Tentative Amtrak Agreement
Out for Ratification

The recently reached tentative agreement between the IBEW and AMTRAK has just gone out for ratification.  Members should expect to receive full ratification packets in the mail shortly from IBEW System Council 7 or Local Union 1573.  For your review, copies of the following ratification materials are attached: Joint Rail Labor Bargaining Coalition recommendation letter signed by President Hill, summary of the tentative agreement, attachments outlining pay increases and retroactive pay, and a recommendation letter from System Council #7 General Chairman Mike Giansante.  Click here (link) to review attachments.
