AT&T Bargaining 2009

Bargaining Update 22 - July 21, 2009

Bargaining with IBEW continues, even as CWA District 4 announced a tentative agreement. In addition to IBEW not settling several CWA Districts continue bargaining. Several issues remain unresolved, such as prem tech and constructive relationship language, retiree benefits, job security and some components of the medical benefit plan to name a few. Negotiations have been continuing and further meetings are scheduled for this afternoon.
